How do I access i-ACS®?

You can access i-ACS® using the i-ACS® link at the top of this page or by visiting the i-ACS® homepage.

Why won't my icons stay on the map after placing them?

After placing icons, right click on the map and click "save configuration".

Why are the icons not in the place I put them?

Make sure your web browsers scaling is set to 100% when you're on the mapping page.

Why am I not allowed to reposition icons on a map?

Adding and repositioning of icons can only be done by administrators We set up these icons for you to make sure they are in the correct position and are always visible.

Where do I download videos taken for an event?

Under the "Live Events" menu, double click on the green camera icon for any given event and click "Download".
